Return Policy
All sales are final unless the item is sent incorrectly from your original order or is damaged. If this is the case, please follow the below instructions:
- If item is damaged, send an email to lgmbuffaloecommerce@legends.net with your order number and a picture of the damage. You will then receive a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item at our facilities, we will either repair the item or process a new order.
- If item is sent incorrectly, please send an email to lgmbuffaloecommerce@legends.net explaining what you originally ordered and what you received instead. You will then receive a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item at our facilities, we will process a new order.
